  1. Initial Discussions

    We think its important to be on the same page up-front. We want to learn more about you and your business, and you'll want to do the same. Sometimes we meet owners years before they are ready to sell, others its only a matter of weeks. Its never too early to have a discussion with us.

  2. Deal Structure & Process

    We use this as an opportunity to familiarise you with our process, what the timelines are and what to expect of us. Selling your business is stressful, emotional and a rollercoaster (we've been in your shoes), but we try and make it as predictable as possible. We also use this time to discuss and agree on the key deal terms.

  3. Due Diligence

    We dive in further to really get to know your business to figure out if its the right business for us and if we're a good fit as the next owners. Some acquirers will drag this part on for months or even years - we use proprietary technology to help speed this along. We've also done this a lot, so we don't spend time focusing on the irrelevant.

  4. Finalise Documents & Sign

    We sign a big pile of documents and you get paid! We transfer money within 24 hours of signing. Staff get their new shareholding certificates.

  5. Transition

    If you or current management are staying running the company, very little will change day-to-day. We step onto the board and help you set your goals and strategy for the future. We also help figure out where our skills and expertise can be applied to help you succeed.
